7. Clinical Terms and ConditionsMediSkin Skin & Laser Clinic provides evidence-based dermal and laser treatments in accordance with the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians (ASDC) Code of Ethics.
By attending an appointment, you agree to comply with the following terms:
Professional StandardsMediSkin clinicians:
Consent covers the consultation, assessment, and minor preliminary treatments during the first appointment.
Separate consent is required for any advanced or ongoing procedures.
Client ResponsibilitiesYou must provide accurate medical and health information and update your clinician on any changes before future treatments.
MediSkin may postpone or decline treatment if it is unsafe or contraindicated.
AftercareClients must follow professional aftercare advice and use recommended skincare such as Dermatonics or Prologic to achieve optimal results.
Cancellations
PrivacyMediSkin complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Health Records Act 2001 (Vic), and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
All data is securely stored and never shared without written consent unless required by law.
LiabilityMediSkin and its staff are not liable for:
